Nostalgia post - Winning the league at Bromley

Reading in the North Greenford thread people started talking about worst away trip experience, got me to thinking of my best away trip(s) experience. I think we have gone through this in past posts, but I couldnt help to think back to probably my best away day supporting the rebels when we took loads (and in fancy dress) to Bromley and winning the league, with us all running on the pitch at the end. That is something that has (and will) stay with me forever.

I guess, my reason for posting this and my only gripe, is that was back when there was no digital cameras, horsham probably didnt have the same quality of tools he has today (or social media to share them on), no youtube etc.... I'd love to see some paper cuttings or anything regarding that fantastic day, but think a lot of it will have to stay in memory...

Mansfield away sticks in the mind as the best ground I have seen us play at. 90 minutes of singing and a very good performance.

The other is Folkestone away where we were at teh foot of the Ryman Prem and getting beat every week. We went there and managed to pull off a draw, a very good result and one that resulted in Steve Daly being out for a couple of weeks due to the best tackle I have probably ever seen

I actually went that day as a neutral. I remember the hundreds and hundreds of fans you took.
