Leverstock Green

Recommended Posts

He was my gaffer at Rayners Lane last year. I like Dene a lot, a good manager who could bring a lot of good players to the club. I wish him success as they way he was treated at Rayners after bringing them glory after so many failed attempts by other managers was a bit classless.

Great training session last night at Pancake Lane. Two new coaches and 30 players. Should be interesting for the rest of the season.

We played well yesterday especially in the second half. The new manager and his staff did a great job in a week.

What has gone so awfully wrong at Pancake Lane this term, it's a crying shame!

Winslow Boy - I'm only saying, isn't that what Forums such as this are for, something must be seriously wrong at Pancake Lane mustn't it for Winslow United to beat Leverstock Green 6-3 in the FA Vase, albeit at Elmfields Gate

Yes we are on the mend now. You have to appoint the right people if you are going to make a change. This also needs massive support from the club Officers and Committee.

We play Stotfold on Saturday who are only 1 point in front of us. Hopefully another 3 points. We have Stewart King fit now who is a very good goalscorer and he will partner Shakia Agada. Also Billy Smith is a real live wire too.

His name rings a bell where did you find him ?

Well done on the turn around of results it just shows you what a change of management can do it looks like Leverstock Green made the change at just the right time.

He was at Southall last year. Got him from Broadfields

Another win on Saturday winning 3 - 0, away to Stotfold. 4 wins in the last 4 games. A lot of travelling supporters on Saturday.
