V Leighton Town

In the last round Wycombe beat another side from our league, Chalfont. Of the 13 players used that night all but two have started in the league this season for them and 8 of those players are in double figures for appearances. So yes they will be strong and will be great for us to have a chance to play against full time professionals playing 4 levels higher than us.

I work with the mum of one of the Wycombe players and have been probing her for info this morning! They will most likely make 11 changes from the side that played Accrington on Saturday, with Pittman and Kuffour likely to start up front.

Their starting 11 on Saturday was Ingram, McCoy, Dunne, Hause, Stewart, Cowan-Hall, Scowen, Lewis, Wood, Morgan, McClure.

There could be a fair few from Wycombe because the supporters don't get a lot of opportunities to see their reserves or fringe players-its ok to say all but two who played against Chalfont have played in the first team, but as individuals not as a first team regular-we agree back in the mists of time when they were non league status they more than not sent their first team, the best of which would beat their present side no doubt .

This was their side v Chalfont in the last round and how many games they have played this year :

Harrison (0 appearances but 100's in football league), Arnold (11 league games), Stewart (13 league games), Dunne (10 games), Angol (0 games), Spring (6 games), Bloomfield (10 league games) (Kretzschmar 75 (15 league games)), Scowen (13 league games),  Pittman (8 league games) , Kuffour (15 league games) (Cowan-Hall 75 (11 league games)), Morias (2 league games). Subs not used: Ingram (18 league games), Morgan (10 league games).

These are all full time professionals, and bar 3 are playing most weeks in League 2.... don't know where you were getting your stats from Hotspur...

What you are saying-that WYCOMBE FIRST TEAM PROPER played MK DONS FIRST TEAM PROPER in the little old B@B CUP. Where can we find this amazing information ?

Was around 5/6 years ago. You will find info online if you look for it. Also as Jon and Neil have said above Wycombe appear to be taking it seriously again this year

The Troll is still pi$$ed at the two gaffers putting him / them in his / their place the other week...

Noticed uncle albert has been quite quiet / sheepish for a few weeks, only now coming out of his shell on the 'attack' now we have had a bad result (surprised ..... no, neither am I).

I think the fact that most people have been ignoring the Troll helped, but I see within this thread, some are (including the gaffers) are starting to interact with him again (stop interacting / encouraging and he / they will go crawl back under his rock again).

Simples!!!!

Yep agreed RebelsAndBlues, however is sometimes very hard not to respond, when he leaves himself wide open with comments like they only played 2 players at Chalfont who had first team experience, when the facts are totally against him (but why let facts get in the way of a good story)

Personally looking forward to the day he either decides to stop posting his nonsense, or the day he gets banned....

Then hopefully not every conversation will descend into attacks and point scoring....

But you are right, time to hit the ignore button again!!

We don't remember being put in our place a few weeks back ( maybe you could remind us which part of your fantasy you mean ). As for not commenting much recently that was out of respect for that poor supporter who passed away.

I know Neil, but in every day of life you come across people like Uncle Albert (but, most these people dont hide behind a computer screen giving it the large, at least they are ar$eholes face to face). Doing from behind a screen is cowardly, but hey, I'm affraid this will never change as long as he has a hole in his back side. You can tell when Uncle Albert is on a wind up ...... his mouth moves (well, he gets keyboard finger tricky ;)

People have been calling him out for nearly 2 years (and if I was him / them, if I spilled as much shoite as he has during the Steve Bateman and your short time with us, I'd be affraid to come out from behind my screen too).

I mean, come on Neil, anyone who all of a sudden starts referring to themself as 'us', are their comments 'really' worth noting. I'll be calling for the men in white coats first before thinking of getting into a serious direct football debate with him / them.

True facts have never been Uncle Alberts strongest point..... I am affraid to say the day for him to stop posting his nonsense will never stop, so you will be waiting a long time for that one (unless the forementioned men in white coats track him / them down first) and I cant see him / them being banned, so the only resort I can see is to collectively ignore.

Rumour has it, he is a regular visitor to Adams Park ...... Royston Jez has more passion for the Rebels in his little finger !!!

While we won't be resorting to the language you use-can we just clarify-you keep on about  hiding behind a computer screen yet we don't see your name any where on here.

Oh yes we are Adam park regulars-last time I went, Wycombe had their biggest Adam Park attendance playing against us-how long ago was that ?

Still waiting for you to tell us where we were put in our place a few weeks back.
