Still a very long way to go.

Players leaving - Managers quitting !

It's all still a bit of a lottery.

Hartley have started very well, but can they go up to Step Four with the facilities they have? I'm not sure, so even if Hartley go on to win the title, I think second place would be the team that went up.

Right now South Park and Epsom have started very well and I expect both to be there for the duration. Both have added a couple of players recently and would be able to meet the Step Four grading. We meet on Tuesday in the League Cup in a repeat of last year's Final. Should be a cracker.

I wouldn't write off Hanworth Villa or Windsor yet and have noticed Badshot Lea's and Molesey's steady climbs in recent weeks. There you go, any one from seven. (Trevor Brooking, beat that!)

At the bottom, teams look lost but then recover, and you only have to look at Hartley, Colliers Wood and Chessington who all hit good runs last year when it looked like they were down and out. I'm sure we'll see the same happen again, although on form Alton and Bedfont are the ones with most work to do.

Division One looks tight as always. My tip is Staines Lammas, but I'd be happy to see Eversley and Spelthorne come up as they'd be new grounds for me :)
