Some intriguing battles at the bottom

Alton v Bedfont

Chess v Horley

And for those teams looking to break into the top 3

Frimley Green v Windsor

Raynes Park Vale v Molesey

Westfield v Badshot Lea

Molesey on a good run at the moment, could they be dark horses!

Epsom have got no game (why's that) and South Park can go top with a win!

Great achievement by HW, not just in getting this far but in turning things around.

I recall Dorking playing away to them at the start of last season ( I think!) in Prem.

We managed a 3-4 away win, and afterwards their then  manager (Dave Tuttle) was wondering who might struggle that season in CCL Prem.

I said on that showing us two for starters! They were pretty poor/awful, some players not up to standard in skills and/or fitness. ( We werent that great either)

His response was : Thats assuming both clubs keep the same players and coaches!

So credit to HWfc for chnaging things and avoiding relegation last year, and stepping up this.

I hope we at Dorking FC have similar success but by keeping our coaching staff and developing the squad we have.

Dorking have been a senior established club for many a long year, but it seems we are almost a start up club each season.

So whilst HW are playing in the FA cup for a place in the first round proper ( Dorking FC v Plymouth 1991!) we are away to Sheerwater FC in Coco 1.

If our club can approach the Sheerwater game in the same way HW will approach theirs, we might have a chance.

First league win for DFC youth last night at Oakwood so going in the right direction methinks.

Also Balham 6-6 Banstead last night too! :o
