Incredible turnaround

Recommended Posts

Just have to say hard off to Sun Postal and Welwyn Garden City. Two teams who struggled last year now look like title favourites, they have turned last seasons table pretty much upside down. The committees and those associated with both clubs must be incredibly pleased with their managerial appointments. Some very strong sides again in this division, safe to say six or seven would have no trouble holding their own in the prem. Should make for a really interesting title race this season. Does the league do a proper golden boot award for each division? Some serious amount of goals already flying in.

Yes I think they lost a few of last years squad, but the transition from Div 1 to the prem isn't easy

I know that but they were a class above everything else in div 1 and I would have though competitive mid table would have been a reasonable expectation. I wonder why the players left and if the club knew that there was a chance of that whether they would have invested heavily in groundshare etc to go up.

Manager also has left the club along with influential midfielder Adam Bolle although can't think who snapped him up - perhaps Jonno can shed some light on this one :P

Seems a bizarre situation, oh well thanks for indulging my curiosity. I guess Sloma has gone too

On the flip side London Lions who were a class apart last season look in trouble. Have they lost a load of players?

Most of last seasons players have left the club i was told when they played us earlier in the season.

A nice bunch were the London Lions i thought.

That was an absolute joke. Sam Sloma was cheating himself playing at step 6. Hope he's playing at least Ryman Prem now.

Whats an hard off?....

Yes, I wondered that. No doubt Welwyn Garden City will implode soon for whatever reason, it always happens

I'm sure your wise words will serve as encouragement to all at the club Mr Rhodes, perhaps you could attend a game and give them all the benefit of your impeccable wisdom

I was told the reason london lions were so good last year.is that they were the england macabi team. And if they played all year they would go off in the summer just gone and represent england.i donno if this is true or not .
