He'll miss H&R if our game on 2 Nov goes ahead (i.e. if they lose their replay) then R?

I guess the 14 day rule applies for both straight reds and 2nd yellows then?

Upton Park for me it is on the 2nd then btw

Took us 15min or so to find our feet as they came straight out the traps, midfield seemed abit disjointed but we always looked a threat on the counter.

Second half and it was our turn to start the brighter of the 2 - we looked alot more comfortable once we switched formations and even at 3.1 I honestly thought we would still get atleast a draw...even after the silly red card we dominated and created several chances to get back on level terms.

I think HH can count themselves lucky as on another day their keeper would have seen red and we would have had the man advantage...
still, well played lads and roll on Saturday.

When the premier league players get sent off they miss the next game, our level are usually after 7 days so if you get sent off you can play the following Saturday like tam did after getting sent off at billericay.

The only way it may be different is because it was a cup competition but I don't see why it should be.

Personally,I don't see why it's different at different levels

When you play the top sides you have to think about changing formation sometimes ,sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

For me our best asset is our strike force but I am not sure you can play 3 up top every single game.

Me,personally I like 3 up top and at home or in most games I feel it's the right way but you sometimes have to realise you are up against very very good sides and away from home they will come at you so jimmy done the right thing at Hemel trying to mix it up a bit. Also the strikers who are fit sometimes need a break, even if it's just one game.

Personally don't think the issue was 3 up top but 3 at the back.

Every time they came down our left handside Alex and Elliot got pulled across and hence when the ball was delivered into the middle, Ricky was left isolated on his own, often against two HH players. Hindsight is easy.

Anyway, thought the lads showed true Urchin spirit in the 2nd half, well done to them.

Beaten by a good side, let's move on to next Saturday.

Come on you Urchins.

We could have easily got an equaliser in the second half despite going down to 10 men. We were definitely the better team in the second half.

Hemel are a good side, that was arguebly the best performance against us this season (first half anyway).

That's our first proper defeat for a long time, so we're still in good shape and you could see the team spirit is there.

Roll on Saturday.

A fair result in the end in my opinion.

We lost the game in the first half against a good side who came out of the starting blocks with all pistons firing while we could not impose ourselves on the game and looked a bit lacklustre.

In the second half we were better but at 3 – 1 it was always going to be an uphill struggle. With the home team taking their foot of the gas we got back into the game with ten minutes to go and on another day we may of got a draw with quite a few chances we had in the closing moments of the game. But at that stage of the game playing with ten men we were looking very tired with the admirable second half effort of all the players.

Inigo made two or three top class saves at vital times in the game to give us some hope, Stefan who up to now has been a revelation gave away two silly and soft yellow cards but I am sure he will learn from these as he is a top class player who works hard for the team and he really looked upset when he was given his marching orders by the referee. No pressure on the lad but I would not be surprised if he gets a hatrick for us next Saturday.

Come on you Urchins………………
