South park 5 lammas 0

Good finishing an an a lot of errors was the story of the game i thought we moved the ball well in patches but park the better side an obvious why there top of the league. We scored at 2-0 given offside only to then concede a soft goal straight after. Had a stonewall pen shout when wastell in goal flattened our striker but the referee who was very young very weak didnt give it , he made three or four decisions that were baffling obvious ones as well if he cant get those right he shouldnt be in the middle. Our defending at times was awful but hey park are a decent outfit with smith an lavery running our two cbs ragged at times you can tell park are a solid unit an a decent bunch of lads.

Good luck in the next round an malcolm thanks for the bulmers mate all the best on me next time

I've been to watch your beloved Windsor play 3 times in the last few weeks Rother and I have to say what you have reported on this forum is a load of sh1t,they are just an ordinary team with exactly the same traits as every other team in this league and as for they never swear on your bench are you fecking deaf or something.

Oh yes, it is great to see you back, I've been pining to be honest, but you are a bit out of touch old chap.

Things have changed a bit on here since you've been on your well-earned break from the forum.

Been busy have you?

Wasn't at the game myself but came across this report:

Whyteleafe 4-2 Windsor A game that was a lot tougher than the scoreline suggests. Leafe started brightly and took the lead in the 11th minute when a good run and pinpoint cross was tapped home by the goal machine, Roscoe D'Sane. However after that Windsor started to control possession and were making things happen mainly thanks to their no.8 who was bossing the midfield. It wasn't then much of a surprise to see them equalise shortly before half time following an uncharacteristic mistake from Leafe keeper, Sheikh Ceesay, who had looked very solid up to then. 1.1 at ht soon became 2.1 to the visitors in the 2nd half when they nicked the ball in midfield and opened up the Leafe defence. This prompted Leafe manager, John Fowler to ring the changes and bring on fresh legs in the form of youth team forward Ollie Thornton and the returning Sam Clayton. The return had the desired effect and Leafe were soon back on level terms when the impressive Taylor Smith leaped higher then anyone else to head home stylishly. Leafe then took the lead after persistance from Ollie Thornton in the box allowed hime to poke home the 3rd. Windsor then started to push players forward leaving them vulnerable on the break. Bentley Graham should have made it 4 but a bobble just as he was about to strike the ball saw his shot fly over the bar. Sam Clayton did grab a 4th to make the game safe towards the end after latching on to a D'Sane through ball and sticking it through the keepers legs much to the delight of the vociferous home support behind the goal. The Windsor keeper seemed rattled by this and after starting the half praying to the heavens and crossing himself he finished it asking the Leafe fans out for a fight. Somewhere along the 45 minute path he lost his way, which is more than you can say for the Leafe who's impressive season continues apace.

What were your thoughts from the eversley game duncs??

I thought when Eversley went 2 up in the 1st half that they would win easily but they allowed Sandhurst to get back in the game because they took thier foot off the gas, credit to Sandhurst who took thier goals well the 1st being a pen,in the 2nd half Sandhurst made 3 very strange subs and it cost them the game,1 sub was sent off and another was at fault for Eversleys 2 goals in the 2nd half, have to say what a good side Eversley look and I wouldn't be surprised if they finished in a promotion spot,Sandhurst however need to sort out thier bench there are to many people bellowing instructions it was a bit embarrassing as the players don't know who to listen to,good luck to both clubs.

Some tough ties for CCL Clubs, but we are at least gauranteed 2 Clubs through.Decent selection of Ales at Whyteleafe.Hayden, will the Windsor massive be travelling in numbers? If coming by M.25 exit at Junction 6,follow road to Whyteleafe mini roundabout,Wheatsheaf on left, turn left, over railway crossing, then next left Church Rd,800yds on left is the ground.Limited parking.

Thanks Smudge. Having the option of queueing for 3 hours to cross the QE2 Bridge then watch the suun set as the M26 joins the M25, the only viable option was train. I know the area well having lived in Warlingham a few years ago so working out which way to go was quite straight forward.

Picture 51 shows our Secretary talking to three of our stalwart regular suporters. (None of whom are posters on here).

Picture 53 is one of our local retired referee's. (No names - No pack-drill !)

Picture 87 is of our Asst Coach, young Hurdy, giving it large from the touch-line, with our gaffer beside him.
