Finished Dorking 2-2 Knaphill AET.

Chicks threw it away leading 1-0 into injury time, old boy Scott Todd saving the day for Knappers. Went from bad to worse for Chicks with Knaphill taking the lead in the second half of extra time, but Chicks managed to get the equaliser 5 minutes from the end.

Did you film it, Trevor ?  Unfortunately, I was 'confined to barracks'  !

Replay Tuesday, I'm told.

Shame you weren't there today BJR, thought Chicks looked alright. Has there been a few changes since those early poor results? On a decent run at the minute and good to see football being played again at Meadowbank - even managed to stay dry until Knaphill's second! TSF needs to buck up his ideas regards serving tea and coffee though ;)

Just seen your crafty edit - yes i did.

Watched Windsor for first time today. Very disappointed. Keeper shocking in all departments. No 7 subbed 40 mins too late. Centre mid with beard and long hair needs to distribute to own team player more. Lone forward needs bundles more support. Centre half pairing need to play closer together. Assistant manager needs to calm down. And team as a whole look very inexperienced. Lots to do to even make top 5 IMO. Bit negative I know but I really was expecting a half decent side.

PADLOCK.

Eversley 4 sandhurst 2

I wasn't at the game but heard we were 2 up early on then 2 2 at ht. 2 late goals won it for us. Kroonerside getting the winner. Baker getting the other 3.

Was at the game today, eversley started quick and it looked like it would be a 4-5 nil result but sandhurst hit them on the break a couple of times to draw level! Second half mainly eversley piling on the pressure but sandhurst had a couple of good chances to take the lead on the break!

Matters were made worse when one of sandhursts coaches set a great example by elbowing an eversley players to get his marching orders!!

Fair play to eversley to keep going and centre midfielder mills or something was there mom for me today!

But as for sandhurst, no subs apart from two coaches and really lacking a leader from the dugout show about 5 people today chucking orders out, trying to play premier league football without the personal to do so!!

Tricky one but certainly brought a few people along to the game which was good to see!!

Me serving tea and coffee? It's a football match not the vicars wife's fundraiser!

Anyway good to see some forumites at the Meadowbank

Mole Valley 2 Ash Utd 2

a point but a game we should have won when you play against 9 men for 20minutes but saying that all credit to Mole Valley who organized themselves well & made it hard for us.

but got to say from the start we pulled into the ground at cobham & found a circus there... & after watching 90+ mins i know what one of the clowns was doing....pretending he was a referee.....bar far the worst performance by a referee ive seen this season & to make it worse i think our host today have a huge fine coming due to his performance.

Even first half with 2 goals each scoring & many more chances missed. We got the opening goal which looked offside from a freekick, but within a min Mole Valley were level. They then took the lead from the pen spot before a soft goal from a freekick saw us level.....then the clown in the referee kit took over...he sent off a mole valley player for kicking out (& i spoke to the player in the 2nd half & he has regrets but the ref was right (for a change)) so at half time 2all

2nd half was again very even with both sides creating enough to win the game but the clown took full stage....booking anyone who made a foul. Then with 20mins to go Mole Valley were reduced to 9 men, a great tackle by the left back saw him give away a corner, (well thats what us ash supporters asked for, the assistant gave but from a distance away the ref gave a freekick & gave the left back a 2nd yellow card....awful decision but expected )

Ash had chances but really never tested out the Mole valley keeper & full credit to the rest off the Mole valley players who put in a good shift to keep Ash out & collect a point

Just wish the Clown had stayed in the top hat instead off roaming around a footie pitch

Well done Epsom back to winning ways after an absolutely shocking run of results - the management need to sort their act out E&E should be the class apart in this division. Look forward to reading the report as they only post when they win!

Good news also for Epsom with Villa losing and Park staying in the Vase.

Dissapointing results in the Vase only South Park, Chess & Hook and Hartley through!

What a surprise Park beating Lammas by 5, though Staines would have put up more of a fight!

Unbelievable that Hartley have still only played 8 league matches - surely will affect then in the league as the season progresses.

Totally agree with aupostie - awful performance from the man in the middle.

No issues with first sending off - as soon as i saw it i knew he was gone (just surprised how many people didn't actually see it); second one looked to be a superb tackle, and as AU says, lino signalled a corner. Prior to that i thought Ash had a nailed on pen turned down - more contact than for our one.

Proud of the efforts of our lads, and thought our keeper did well towards the end, not so much with shot stopping, but when you are short of numbers, you need your keeper to be big on crosses etc, and he did that very well.

Good to catch up with Gareth and the Ash guys, always good banter with them, and nice people

AuPostie, arguably one of the best posts I have seen and to get the reference in about the clown and the circus, well done. There will be a comp ticket for you on Tuesday evening for our cup game with Farnham.
