Madness At Cardiff

No, I am not talking about Suggs' band!

Cardiff City have sacked their Head of Recruitment, Ian Moody - a tried and trusted ally of manager Malky Mackay, and replaced him with a 23 year old Kazakh named Alisher Apsalyamov - who was formerly on work experience.

This has to be one of the most bizarre sackings and hirings in football in a long time!

Or Vincent Tan's ego!

Seriously, Cardiff City have waited since The Quarrymen became The Beatles to get back to the top league - and when they do, they have an owner spoiling everything.

Would not be surprised to see their manager Malky Mackay walk out - already there are rumours going around that he'll be taking over from Chris Hughton at Norwich City.

Hearing tonight that Malky Mackay has left Cardiff City and is taking up the West Ham United job.

Malky was at White Hart Lane as a guest of David Sullivan recently, so these rumours could have an element of truth...

Nah, can't see him coming to West Ham. Not yet anyway!

If it is true that Sullivan took Mackay as a guest to the Spurs game, that would be totally inappropriate and a slap in the face to Sam. Not to mention Mackay being disloyal to Cardiff, considering that would have been arranged was before Moody's sacking.

Maybe Mackay just want to look at Sullivans porn.

The way West Ham behaved regarding the possibility of ground sharing the Olympic stadium with Orient, and their shameful eviction of Grays Athletic from Rush Green suggest they are a club totally lacking in class or morals.

That aside, I've never understood why Leyton Orient would want to ground share a 60,000 stadium. Wouldn't be much of an atmosphere.

Maybe Leyton Orient see playing at the Olympic Stadium as the catalyst that could take them to the Premier League. That theory makes perfect sense to me.

Well the way they are playing I wouldn't put it past them.
