Huge defeats for Chetsey and Guildford tonight, could that be the final nail in the coffin for JJ?!

Superb win for Spelthorne, they really are looking good at the moment although I hear there could be a few imminent departures now the Bedfont Sports have a new man in charge. Hope not though, would like to see them stay and achieve promotion with Spelly.

smells like a load of old bullshit there chubby. the bedfont manager is spelly managers father in law and I know for a fact no player from Spelthorne has desires to go to bedfont sports.

staines town 2-2 Spelthorne

spelly win 7-6 on pens no e/t played

spelthornes unbeaten run continues, with a mixed staines side of first team and talented youngesters this was always going to be spelthornes toughest task. the boys was well on top first half and started to tire with 20 to go and when staines went 2-1 up with mins left, you would of thought that could of been it. but spellys spirit is amazing at the min and got the equaliser and nearly scored a winner.

great game of football well done to both sides

goalscorers: tom hall, josh remedies

little mention for spelthornes loane from staines danny bassett , who played for staines tonight, doing the right thing and missing his pen. welcome back Saturday danny

Good game to watch at Staines tonight. Gutted to have missed it as the pitch was like a carpet!

Spelthorne started like a hurricane and could have been two or three goals up, but Staines started to get back into it in last 15 and forced the equaliser after Spelly right back slipped in box.

Second half was a lot more Staines, and spelthorne looked tired and out of ideas. Then the old cliche of the other team scoring raised spellys game again, and could have nicked it at the end.

Usual nervey shoot out, but the spelthorne keeper made an outstanding save on the fifth penalty to keep Spelly in it.

Will be interesting season I think, as lammas have strengthened with several players from a higher level, So must now be odds on favs for the league. Also seen their twitter following has risen by ten maybe more ex bedfont players, so even more could still be signed. Spelly will be there or there abouts if this run of form continues, and Epsom are also on a high. Like last year it will be very good to watch how it pans out.

Badshot Lea 0-4 AFC Wimbledon (Surrey Senior Cup)

Comfortable win for a young (in the main!) Dons side, 2 goals in each half. Baggies never gave up though against a couple of first team centre backs in Antwi & Weston. Good workout all round. Some video to follow.

Horley Town 2 Farnham Town 1

A win at last for Town. A good first half saw both teams having chances with Farnham getting the ball in the net but it was offisde and Horley having a chance cleared off the line by a defender. Town went one nil up in the second half through Asa, but Farnham hit back , but unlike prevoius games town continued to battle and Gary Thomlinson hit the winner which beat the keeper for power and speed to give us our first win since the opening week of the season.

One amazing things was the Farnham manager was wearing a Horley Town kit at the start of the game in the dug out and it took supporters continually having a go at the referee and assistant before he changed as he was opposite the Assistant linesmen.

Would of been more impressed with jake that day than him!

that day you could of been impressed with anyone that day because it was so one sided. 4-5-1 that is true but its a long old season, injuries suspensions all will kick in soon for all the teams.players can move around, for example your butler going to bedfont sports, so one of our players states, no one can say there going to win it yet. but talking for ourselves,we fancy top 3 minimum

Alton t 1 ash utd 3

Progressed into the next round of the cup with a solid performance

Took the lead midway into the first half & held onto it going into half time but only just as a well taken free-kick crashed against the crossbar.

2nd evenly fought but with time running out we score 2quick goals before Alton get one back from the pen spot with almost the last kick off the game
