A very enjoyable evening from the ETFC ladies section and congratulations to Bigboybubs and Brunob for winning with their team!

 

I thought we did well to come in second.

one of our team raced off to phone her nan but we already had the answer so it made no difference.if you knew me you would know i couldn`t be bothered with cheating (too much effort) and bubs was too p*$£&d to use his phone.it was the question about a screaming weed,which reminds me were are the basildon supporters?

Excuse me, my table came 2nd losing by 1 point and without the use of a mobile phone!

the phone was used once and we already had the answer so that made no difference,perhaps we won because our team answered questions and didn`t leave it to the table?next time perhaps all phone should be placed on the table in clear view to stop them being used under the table as i saw a few being used.

early estimate is that the quiz night raised about £520,well done to all who helped raise this.bigboybubs lets see if you can get close to this on your quiz night and hopefuly some of the ladies club members will turn up to lend their support to another part of our club.
