I went to check out the Welwyn GC hype tonight and think they are title contenders. The skipper Kenna and striker Caswell were a cut above. The winger Izak too. Sun Postal went a goal ahead early and it showed great spirit from Welwyn. Friendly welcome as well.

We were fantastic tonight, all over, they had one chance all game, great work rate. It could've been 6 or 7 nil easy, hit the bar, had a clear goal disallowed and missed a pen.

Great performance from the lads last night, the skipper was outstanding.

The team worked really hard against a very decent outfit.

 

Unlike Saturday we actually upped our game in the second half and thoroughly deserved the 4-1 scoreline.

 

Decent turn out for a midweek game, chatting to one guy, a local, said he had come down for the first time in years and could not believe the difference.
