myself and my brother stuart as of this week have parted company by mutual consent with bedfont sports.Id firstly like to thank Dave and Terry reader for giving us the opportunity to start our managerial career with them. Bedfont sports is a fantastic club with great facilities and some very hard working people involved . Weve loved every minute of our time there and want to wish them the very best in the future. Myself and stuart will now be looking for our next venture as player/managers along with our coaching and backroom staff.

 

 

I can also confirm ive left bedfont sports an would like to thank dave an terry reader for all theyve done for me over the last 5 seasons . Its been a pleasure to skipper them into the combined counties prem an been quality working with the bamfords for the past three seasons . The clubs facilities are second to none an i wish them well for the future.

Also like to say good luck to there youth system got some top players an lads coming through

Why leave then ? if Bedfont Sports FC is such a nice place ?

By all accounts not promoting the youth is one and Harry driver being offered to Ashford to help him get a move didn't go down to well. By all accounts terry and chairmen will take charge but don't hold me to that. 4-4-2 what's awkward the players leaving will only go to a mid table div one side (Lammas)

The Bamfords would of made Bedfont an established prem side if not already have and if they did join Staines I can't see them being a mid table side if not it will make them stronger as their top players!! The chairmans taking over? Not one of these that thinks he can do better than the manager is he? Bedfont in my eyes without all those players are going one place......Back to div 1!

It is a hard job being a manager / No2 but what makes it even harder is when people who have left a job apply for a job that is not vacant emails to the board of a club that have a management team in place makes me realise that they did not leave cos they had something in place .... We're they told to leave for some reason (discipline) maybe

No disrespect to step 6 im sure they wont be going to Lammas or any other step 6 or even 5 club. I think they have pals there so probably just watching. These lads have spent the best part of 15 years of their career at step 3 & 4. You cant buy experience.

And chocky!!!!!!! Your as good as your last job, they are good lads but there are plenty out the doing nothing fella!! What ever you do you have to enjoy it and I would ask the lads what took them away from a well run club

From what i hear the lads are really professional so probably wouldnt share that information. Any of us on the outside have no idea what goes on, on the inside. So myself included are asuming and guessing.
