Farleigh played very well last night and are starting to Jel nicely now they were also unlucky on Saturday against spellthorne. Croydon I have to say we're awful don't know what's going on down there but by last nights performance I can see them struggling. Some shooting practice might help!!

I see on the instruction manual for my new Cannon camera, it's possible to extract stills from a video clip, though I must admit, I'm still working out the finer technical points !!!

Tip number one John, don't forget to remove the lens cover first, And as it's a cannon, you might have a problem carrying it.
