Players Commitment

Cheif scout, the players commitment is spot on at frimley, the team spirit is one of the best I've played in. The problem at frimley is the manager, doesn't want to train and loves a ' night off ' the players ask to train and he still insists no training on so many occasions. Paul as a manager will be found out this year as he hasn't got the ' know how ' when games are tight, last year he just about got away with it, he nearly cost us the league title with his cautious sit back approach as soon as we score! The club would defiantly push a lot closer this season if they had a proper manager not just a yes man. Great memories at the green and will miss all the lads, great bunch!

Yeah it's strange, never known anything like it! If he can't commit fully to training he should let someone who is take over! Club wants to push forward, pitch is a lot better now and they need someone who is capable of pushin it on

I think Meps is spot on, if the game wasnt going according to plan, the manager wouldn't look to the bench to see who can change the game, he would look at the starting 11 and see who he would least upset by bringing off, and for me that ain't right.

Ill add to this now, milesy left me out of the squad last year purely down to the fact he thought I was easy game and that I was mugging the side off and him, didnt have the decency to even ask me, also asked him to come training at the start of the season as I missed pre season due to work commitments and he said to a close friend I don't want him down here cos he's a difficult person to manage. He has been taking 4 subs to games two of which are right backs. The players he has are all quality all really good footballers but his ability to manage them clearly isn't at the same level as their ability otherwise they would be a very hard team to beat.

Meps weren't on the bench and I was happy to sit and bide my time, wait for an opportunity. Newks was quality last year arguably one of the best players in his position and this year he ain't even starting...

None of them are big-timers, and all would do anything to win for each other, it's just the manager does the wrong things to keep people happy, which is very important

Absolutely! FG played well last night and will score goals against anyone. Maybe a bit suspect at the back. They looked a very together team to me!

Can't say I saw anyone as a big time Charlie on show just two dedicated teams giving it a real go!
