Defo. Like that.

The issue we have at Crawley is that we use Bartons ground, so make money ONLY from gate receipts.

If/when we develop the Crawley Green site attendances will be so much better with the club house busy throughout the day and night. Hope they're able to keep the entrance fees down. Families especially kids are the future of coarse.

Hopefully you can do that. I remember playing at Crawley and I'm sure you guys had had grants to develop, did you not get permission to carry those out? Taking late 90's early 00's. there were certificates up in clubhouse.

Yeah think it's all abit complicated. Think the plan was to get alot of money together to do it properly rather than do a 'that'll do for now' job for cheap and have to re do it again in a couple of years. Club announced new plans recently to do with redevelopment and use of a 4g full size pitch with stands FA approved and in conjunction with the school next door, work ear marked to start in 12 months.

The Crawley site is abit of a funny space so hard work to get full planning permissions for it all. New housing development at one end and existing houses cause issues with flood lights, cricket pitch and tennis courts need to taking into consideration aswell.

It's never easy that's for sure, we are looking at developing but lots of stuff to get in place. Good luck with it all, much better for the club to be 'home'
