AFC Croydon ground out a win last night over Worcester Park 2-0

 

The Arena pitch was in the worst condition,I have seen it in many a year,lack of seed,lack of water,or maybe Council Cutbacks.The game was Competive,but played in a Good Spirit.However I think I was in a minority of 1 as regards the Officials,they were excellent,alas 6 bookings were shown,5 rightly,for dissent,the other the Ref was conned by the Player,when a well timed tackle,left a player writhing in agony,however moments later he made Usain Bolt look like a Snail.Next time I go to a game,EARPLUGS will be worn,fed up with hearing REF,REF,REF,all night.Seems to be a Worcester Park game plan,how Refs put up with it I will never know.MAN OF THE MATCH.Dean Rose,AFC Keeper,4 excellent saves.
