Match fixing

Can anybody explain why we have to wait a month for the second leg of the league cup ties? Last season we played Burnham in the first leg at home on the Saturday, then away the following Tuesday - in the LEAGUE! When the second leg finally came around no one could remember the score of the first match!. I am sure you Townies have had similar problems, no?

Apparentley, the League programme has been running so well that they decided to play mostly Saturday's in the run up to xmas, this allows clubs to play in the outside cup competitions without interupting the league/cup, besides, the way things are going some clubs could finish their season early so extending the cup games will enable clubs to play hopefully to the end of the season.

CWC, surely you meant the title of this thread to be Fixture Scheduling and not Match Fixing? They have different meanings and implications. Just ask a former Liverpool goalkeeper.
