TBF Barry, yes Brownie has signed for Chesham and Warro has signed for Hayes and Yeading but both have not yet played a minute of a league game. Time only will tell if they are both good enough for the levels they're now at.
C'est la vie
Very true Reading Rebel. They must have seen something in them to have signed them though.
Irishadrian
Alex was one of the subs on Monday as Chesham beat St. Albans 1-0 so getting close to game imo.
3spirit
Very true Reading Rebel. They must have seen something in them to have signed them though. Different people see different things. Andy Leese[Chesham manager] is no mug.He will know Alex Brown's limitations as a player but the sheer size of the bloke, his personality and character and his availability, well with that Andy Leese will know he's got a bargain.Even if he is only used as a sub. It also gives him the option of playing a three man defence.
