neeteretep
Is there any news yet regarding the actual date of this match as it would be good to go and support Margste beating Dover.
BlueGate Alan
It certainly shows as a fixture on the Dover site!
SteveB
Now added to the site on the basis that it is on the Dover site. This may change if they have got it wrong!
marksandwell
My concerns about this game is not the opposition, but we need to stay injury free, and I note Leiston next Sat opposition is NOT playing a mid week game
brentford ram
Heard dover are charging their usual 13 quid to get in that's going to get people turn up in their droves for a ksc match. Brentford are only charging a fiver for jpt match with Wimbledon.

AncientBlue
I can understand the views of the above mentioned Dover support, Dover playing the style of football (kick and rush) or perhaps more appropriately (Kinnear and Leberle) style. But they should take note that Dover are playing Margate who play proper football, and therefore will be worth the £13.00 to watch.
Guernsey Tom
£13 !!!! far too much for KSC, will support from the lap top.
Jab_n17
£13 for a KSC match is that true? Other teams are reducing the price price for JPT matches and I think (maybe be wrong) Ebbsfleet are reducing the price for tonight's Tonbridge match......didn't realise that Dover were that hard up...... dannyriding
yes agree.... get the impression they think their bigger and better then what they really are..... well have to say only stayed for the first half as we played a experimental team that was being ripped to shreds 5 nil by half time. gonna sound like sour grapes but the only reason I paid 13 pounds and traveled down there was to stick it to the snakey jakey..... oh welll league it is then
margate lad
What an embarrassment. Paid 13 quid to get in to watch that. Yes ok there was no ademeno, walshy, kinch and bodders but we have been playing without walsh and ademeno anyway. Poor keeper looked nervous. Our centre mid looked non existent, the lad that played alongside Beales didnt seem to know what he was supposed to be doing. The only player that looked any good out there tonight was Dolby. Lets hope we dont get too many injuries during the season because our depth does'nt look too good.
michael
Does it show the gulf between upper echelons of skrill south and ryman. (dover/Eastbourne ) Sort of experimental side-but at the same time, it was first team players-and not academy players. as they say though-you learn a lot I defeat ;and if we were going to lose any game-this was maybe the one to lose. Perhaps more learnt by losing 8-0 than 3-2 ;so not the end of the world. Poor Dan Newman must wonder whats hit him - involved in two games-and seen us concede 12 goals without scoring

blueblood
What impressed me about our young side last night was after the 2 early goals in the second half the lads kept going, playing some good one touch football(no forwards) against a team the majority of whom were/ are conference national players with, a smattering of league experience. Yes it was upsetting to be beaten by the quislings team but it was an experience that will show the youngsters where they have got to be. As for the keeper, we expect miracles from someone who has not played a game for weeks, same old problem with bench warming. I for one did not come away despondent. PS, Usual welcome, even one of their officials said it was the the last time he would buy food there as it was to expensive. Also usual "Happy" (Should that be arrogant) face on the young man in the grey suit. I hear they were also to good to mix with our directors. "UP THEIRS".
