His sexuality or gender preferences are an irrelevance.
Loose
The information he released belonged in the public domain, he's undoubtedly completely bonkers because most people in possession of that sort of material would do nothing so long as they could continue their quiet lives and continue their sleazy employment. The people forcing planes to land, holding people against their will and destroying hard drives have forgotten who they work for and they aren't going to remember anytime soon. Sad thing is as much as Manning is perfectly entitled to establish whatever sexual identity he likes he's just lost most of his support, half of them retarded and the other half the sniggering retarded. Zippy
Most people who sign up for the Army do so to protect Queen (or President) and country. However, if the Army is being used by certain high ranking individuals for nefarious purposes, then it needs bringing to the attention of the general public. Yes, there were proper channels that Bradley should have gone through, but would the information have come out as it has done or would it have been destroyed if the higher-ups were alerted to the fact that he was on to them? Thanks to people like Bradley, the truth is finally being revealed. Brian Gerrish recently revealed about how Common Purpose (yep, those fruitcakes!) were trying to manipulate military personnel at Devonport, Plymouth to fire on civilians if there was ever a people v state civil war in the United Kingdom. I'm glad to report that Common Purpose were told to p*** off by the Military.
Loose
I'd be very interested in seeing some polling data that reveals the american people knew that US forces were deliberately murdering civilians in their name and interests.

They probably sign up because they cant find a job, hope to learn a trade, or perhaps hope to travel and get paid for it.
