BFR
Interesting news on Twitter this afternoon. James Pritchard has resigned as manager of Beaconsfield, citing work and family reasons. A few days ahead of the new season, that's got to put a spanner in the works for their plans for the new campaign
Sir Rebel1965
Strange decision, but sure James knows what he is doing as he was one of the most thoughtful players we have seen in the last few years.

readingrebel
Would be a good move for Bateman I would say not. I think Steve Bateman would only manage a club that had the ability to climb the pyramid and grow it's support accordingly.
Neil Baker
Gary Meakin is the new manager, ex Northwood and Wingate and Finchley.

Doesn't matter now but I am of the opinion that whilst we are ground sharing there Sycob could become a step 3 team
3spirit
Gary Meakin is the new manager, ex Northwood and Wingate and Finchley. Good appointment. Absolutely bizarre on the whys and wherefors of James Pritchard resigning and what about Jim Melvin? Surely he would have been offered the job, given the amount of players he's connected to. Perhaps there's more to this story than meets the eye.
