i actually thought last year the ref at windsor didnt give us anything when we played them but gave windsor most decisions we had a penalty claim early doors which wasnt given yet a lame tackle was given which led to there first goal

Not sure I've read that correctly... are you suggesting the ref was looking after Windsor on Saturday against South Park?

 

As I indicated at the time we can all have a tendency to be a bit one-eyed in our view of the game, bit after the event now, but I'd be genuinely interested in your opinion because I felt our players really didn't get much protection. (That was shared by the few I chatted with about the game, but might not be the general view.)

 

 

It must be difficult to read with those blinkers on.

 

I was just struggling to remember the last time I saw 3 players from the same team being carried off injured after strong tackles and not one yellow card being shown?

 

Genuinely bemused as to why Windsor chose to focus on the 'robust' nature of the opposition when there were tackles flying in on both sides.

 

I look forward to the reverse fixture, hopefully it will be a better game of football to watch. As long as we come away with the points then Windsor can be as robust as they like, I don't think we will be moaning.

As far as I'm concerned you just lived up to your reputation, one that I've seen firmly established over the last 2 seasons. Cynical, whinging and overly physical.

 

Without wishing ill on anyone I actually found myself smirking slightly at the fact that your players ended up coming off worse in cleanly contested challenges, whereas ours were able to carry on after being damn near assaulted. Just desserts I felt. 

 

It will be interesting to watch how many yellows and reds our respective teams gather during the course of the season

 

Any stats available for last season anyone?
