Just so everyone knows Dom signed Southern league forms for us last night, however he is still on the road to recovery from his serious injury, and at present is getting some games for Staines Lammas in the CCL Div one, so quite when he will be back with us we are not 100% sure.

A useful player for the squad,if he can get over his injury.He came to Slough last pre-season to a fanfare of publicity in the local press,but somwhat failed to live up to his billing and perhaps was daunted by all the attention.

 

Certainly has pace to burn and showed in glimpses in games that he has definite potential to be a regular first teamer here at Slough or to play higher.

 

I think he will improve under the guidance of Bakes and Unders,more so than he would or did under Steve Bateman[although his injury ruled out any hope of garnering the best of him from Steve].

His strength on the ball to go past a defender/dribbling skills and his crossing needs working on but I'm sure he will come good with the right guidance.

good to hear another existing Slough player has signed up. maybe didn't do himself total justice last season and beginning of the year when he really needed to be given a chance he was ignored for a month or so until finally getting a start making an impact and then getting the injury he still struggling with in the same game. also got a massive goal in the 4th qualifying round at Gosport in 1 of our best wins in recent times

Totally agree.......lots of promise not completely fulfilled partly through injuries..............hope he is back with us fully soon------and a lovely guy to boot !
