Alan,do you include alcohol and tobacco as drugs???

Too complicated to answer really. I sometimes smoke, but find it easy to give up, and I certainly drink to much, but as it doesn't have a detrimental effect on anyone else, and I enjoy it, and its legal,  and not really a problem, I suppose for me its not really a drug
