So we will have one.

I am going to be the manager/coach as I can't be arsed to play anymore as I am too old.

 

If I could have a show of hands/names of people interested that would be great.

Ideally,we would be looking for around 16-20 people to play as obviously some would not be able to play all the time.

 

Will look at training once a week,maybe on a Saturday morning or one evening.

Will look into pitches locally and any costs.

Once we have got a few names we will start training although I suggest an initial training session this WEDNESDAY at 7pm over Upminster park for anyone interested.

I think we would probably have to limit it to over 16s on the whole but then again,if they are good enough they are old enough and so far we only have 3 players

Rob - Nathan is 13 but he's strong, quick and skilful. He plays for an Essex Junior Alliance side and is quite comfortable playing against men.

Ok,personally I have no problem with the odd under 16 playing but I think we need to try to keep it mainly for adults otherwise we will end up with a team of under 16s lol
