Bearing in mind that the CCL have to wait for both the Southern and Isthmian leagues to announce their fixtures first and neither of these leagues have doe or have said when hey will do, I would not expect them this week.

Ive heard from a few sources now that it will be 3rd August

Surely it will not take a week after the release of The Ryman and Southern Central fixtures,for the CCL Fixtures to be confirmed.On second thoughts is a week enough?Judging by the CCL Website maybe a little longer maybe required.

Mainly its down to ground sharing issues and "Admin"

We only have 2 Clubs groundsharing now,Epsom and Ewell (Chipstead),Staines Lammas (Ashford Town middx).So E&E will be away,Staines Lammas will be at Home,on the 3rd August.

Ash home,Badshot away,both CCL.Likewise Cobham/Mole Valley,Croydon/AFC Croydon,Chessington and Hook/Epsom Athletic.

The fixtures are easier this year than last,no Whyteleafe/Hendon/Godalming to worry about.Plus there is equal numbers in each Division,a piece of cake.

Maybe you should take the role on smudge as an pretty sure there is more to take into consideration. Take the ground share example, if fixtures are already pretty sorted and say for instance Epsom home to mole valley is arranged for a day that then comes out as a Chipstead home game, Cobham are already at home that day so game can't be switched so you have two teams now without a game hence why league has to wait for higher fixtures before even starting.

Won't the Ryman fixtures be delayed due to the Thurrock situation? As they are going to arbitration it has been suggested it could delay the start of the Ryman season until October! Potentially presents a problem regards Epsom & Ewell for lazarus.

No - the Ryman league are clear they are going to release them now.
