Seems that Jack Broome's appearance will be his only one, as Godalming say he's signed with them

 

BFR just to let you know this is already on the NEW PLAYERS thread, I think it went up on Sunday.

 

This thread was made for posts about this game, not other news.

So Jack Broome did not play in this game then? And if he has not signed with the club, he is surely not a new player, and therefore talking about him in a new players thread would be nonsensical.

 

More to the point, given the club washed its hands of this forum, why are you as Match Secretary feeling a need to impose yourself upon it?

I haven't came on here as machsec but personal as epicrebel.

 

If you look back at earlier threads it was agreed that 1 thread would be up to talk about that game and nothing else.

 

So thing don't get duplicated, all players are discussed in the new players thread before any player had signed.

Broome played in the game so does have some relevance to the game thread. It's not always possible to know/remember what's I other threads at time of posting either. Mistakes can be made easily enough.

But the post was only put up Sunday or even Yesterday, so with the new posts highlighted for reading, it not as if the post was a month old.

So anybody with a connection to the club can't post?

People don't always check all threads in order to be fair, it's a discussion board and cross overs will occur

My comment was related to this thread. It did not generate a secondary item on the same subject. Yes ok I could have read every single message ever posted to cross check and reference before putting something up, but then that isn't always practical from a mobile device.

 

But then to go all George Zimmerman and start hounding me for daring to put up a message somewhere that you don't think it belongs (despite the clear relevance) and then #shudder# start typing things in upper case to reinforce your point.... well that really told me!

 

Still if you want to spend your time nitpicking with forumites about where and when they can post messages, be my guest.

One question BFR If the thread is about the game Saturday what has a player leaving got to do with it.
