I wonder would they have said the same thing, had a member of their family been murdered by one of these scumbags?

Here's an idea - deport the lot of them to Brussels or Strasbourg and tell these 'justice' twerps that they have to look after them.

What? You think they don't have murders in the rest of Europe?

Unbelievable.

I mean that the idiots who make these stupid rules in the EU can look after them personally.

I don't see why we should waste our tax on housing them, and then be told by some anal cavity judge that we are wrong.

Costs on average £32k and upwards to keep a prisoner in jail for a year. Housing benefit would be cheaper! Better still, you could lodge them in your Rehabilitation Camp.

Europeans are very keen on what they call Restitution within the Penal System. It's new fangled. It will probably be the way we look at things in the future.

I agree there Eastside, some jails are little more than a Butlins with bars on the window.

It's got to a stage whereby a jail sentence means nothing to people.  There is no deterrent to stop would be crooks from breaking the law- that has to change.

I'm for a liberal society, providing that it is fair and balanced.  At the moment, those people who are good and work hard and would never dream of breaking the law appear to get a raw deal.
