PurpleTram
Pity. John Fowler's done a fantastic job at Croydon for the last 2 seasons on very limited resources. Wish him and his staff all the best for the future. Agree with Smudge. Players tend to be more loyal to managers than clubs, so I'm certainly expecting an exodus to the Southern Counties East. Also agree with Smudge (twice in one post?!) that Aaron Smith is a top bloke, and I look forward to seeing how he copes with the challenges of next season. Good Luck Aaron
Carthorse
Love the comment by the Surrey mirror moving to a bigger club Whyteleafe!

E&E Rich
Although we and Epsom Athletic will obviously be trying to stop it happening, Whyteleafe could visit Croydon in the FA Cup this season! Why does the Cup always seem to throw out draws like this!

Lee Farmie
I understand Aaron Smith resigned a little while ago as he couldn't afford all the time. I was bit confused on Saturday as someone told me he was in Las Vegas...
Andy01
Had nothing to do with time and it was last tues. Its fair to say it was by mutual consent.
E&E Rich
It might have been earlier than Tuesday as our programme advised Gill as Manager on Bank Holiday Monday and that info would have had to be provided before the weekend due to printing deadlines. Andy01
Was definitely Tuesday (Dickson wasn't there on Monday) Aaron was away for a week (prearranged before taking job) and whilst away who was listed as manager at our games changed on each programme! No idea why. At Saturdays match v Whyteleafe no-one was listed!
