Ok Dario I will do that

Marcus, who's Dario?

Personally, after reading Jolly Red Giant's letter I'm a lot happier with this Sponsorship deal with MyFC.

It seems, on the surface, a no lose situation. Suck it and see for 2 years, with all the benefits that go with the sponsorship, and if we don't like the arrangement with MyFC after the 2 years are up we can part ways with nothing lost and everything gained.

I think that all the members of http://Myfootballclub.co.uk are asking is that the local fans keep an open mind and not be swayed by any negative comment which will (probably) appear on here and in other places.

Hardly:

From your Chairman:

(iv) It is my intention to re-structure the ownership of the club within the next year to a community owned club. I am familiar with the MYFC model of one person one vote (also functioning at Lewes I believe), and this would be the preferred model. In the near future I will be contacting and engaging with Supporters Direct to explore and establish the best and easiest way to implement community ownership.

They already have one member on your board

Don't listen to anyone, go look at the old forum here: http://www.nonleague.co.uk/forum/26-ebbsfleet-united/

Or the new one here: http://www.ebbsfleetunited.co.uk/home/forum/viewforum.php?f=1&sid=8a299252915f67478b6a89aaeba0cd45

To see what really went on and how they almost managed to destroy our club

To see this you have to be a member of MYFC

This is exactly the same as the Slough Town Supporters Trust is run.

1) you pay for membership

2) you get 1 share for 1 year

3) maximum number of shares per person is 1 ( this is so 1 person CAN NOT own the [in this case] Trust)

4) the trust itself holds 51% of the shares ( so 1 collective CAN NOT own the [in this case] Trust)

Certainly makes more sense now.
