Basher
I'm sure they won't be allowed to be called Welwyn Garden City Reserves, it will have to be AFC_Welwyn, just like Hertford and AFC Hertford, some rules regarding number of steps between Reserves and First Team. From memeory they need to be registered as a new club / committee members etc etc

syd_lexic
A sensible decision to move into more local football for the ressies. It's a well run league & Div.1 should be a nice enough standard to blood youngsters into.
