Chris Clapham
League name change? Having for many years enjoyed the membership of London clubs and now with Whyteleafe from Surrey and possibly Crowborough Athletic and Rye United from Sussex the Kent League has applied to the Football Association to change it's name to The Southern Counties East Football League (Scefl). This name reflects the extant Northern Counties East League. If this is allowed by the FA then it will be put to the AGM as to whether it is adopted or not.
