Which Chase Lodge? I know of more than one called that? Anyone know what is happening with Edgware Town's old ground?

I thought that Edgware's old ground had been pulled down.

Church Road, Hayes. What a great ground that was, spent many good times in the Shed supporting the Hayes boys until they sold it. Another one gone to waste, for more housing

Indeed a great old skool ground i was a regular at Church Road for 20 + years up till the last ever first team game there against Gateshead i think it was. Hayes & Yeading United have gone backwards since they left Church Road.

It was always a good atmosphere under the shed on the half way line.

 

Still cant believe how quick they knocked Church Road down.

 

I haven't been back to church road since they knocked the ground down cant face it.
