Swifty
Not sure if I will be now, Dan. We've now been told my dad's 'illness' has returned - he starts BCG treatment again in August, why we've got to wait that long is beyond me - and he collapsed today, probably due to stress, and spent five hours in St. Peter's. I phoned Alan today to let him know.

Swifty
Thanks, chaps. Much appreciated. My sister's taking my parents down the coast today for a couple of days, so I should be oaky for tonight's do. Alan's told me it's 7.00 arrival tonight for 7.30 nosh. Looks like I'll need to get my cape on, seeing as I finish work at 5 and don't get home much before 6.15! Excalibur Graham's offered me a lift to the do. Typically, our MD has decided to come up to the office today for the first time in six weeks. Hope he changes his mind and I can bunk off half an hour early!
