The current Southend squad is potentially the best we have had in years but Wignall could not get the best out of them.

 

 

What utter crap, its the team that has you 3rd from bottom of the football league not the manager.

Dave Webb was a great manager in the past for Southend as he managed to get quality players like Powell and Austin in the team, last time around he failed as the players he had were crap and now they are even worse, he might keep you lot in the football league but thats all.

Well lets see who was in charge when you went out to Aylesbury and Kingstonian in the FA cup?
