Brightside Bloke
Billericay Town FC can confirm that both Rob Swaine and Jay May have both left the Blues. Rob Swaine has left & Jay May has gone to Conference South side Bromley. Also leaving is Chris Wild who has been released whilst Alex Osborn has returned to parent club Dagenham & Redbridge. Billericay Town FC would like to thank all four players and wish them the best of luck with their future careers. Staying at New Lodge and already committed for next season are captain Glenn Poole, Sam Lechmere, Dave Collis, Junior Luke and Paul Semakula. Manager Craig Edwards has had a very positive response regards player recruitment as he starts to assemble his squad for next season. As is club policy, no announcements will be made regarding player signings until all relevant paper work has been completed.

Ryan.c
We are! Players come, players go. A clear out of who wants to stay, who doesn't and those that have better offers is best done early doors. Craig Edwards is working very hard to get the right players in, so don't panic people!
extaffyjim
Poole staying is excellent news, most important player to keep in my view
Rich.m
Another shame about Wildy but he has given his all every season he's been with us! League champion as well so obviously a legend! Same as Ryan I have spoken with Craig a few times this off season and all I can say is that if we all have the same commitment and effort towards the club this year we will be in a very good place going forward. He will get he squad in place, WE have to get our club in place! Cant wait for the football season to start again already!
New Lodger
With Swainey going it's a strange decision to release Wildy too.
