pauls
does anybody know how much do pro players pay for bookings and sending offs? the reason i ask is somebody i was talking to insists they pay same as our level which i find hard to believe
newby marvel
been told the same they just get fined on top of a normal fine
pauls
if this is true its a disgrace ?! any officials know? they should pay a sum related to their league/earnings and then the fa could help our levels of football by subsidising our match day officials, coaching etc
Terrence Collina
a caution does not have a fine issued with it, it is just an administration fee (joke).
Big J R
Fines at this level are nothing but a joke. In most cases the clubs pay them anyway. I've always advocated that at the top flight of football match suspensions should be the norm. Maybe along the lines of..... one yellow for dissent = an immediate one match ban. two yellows for other offences = an immediate one match ban. Any red card = an immediate three match ban. That would certainly sharpen the minds of managers and players.
pauls
but still fine them a realistic amount and put it into grassroots football, not let fa use it for nice offices, etc
turnerbsfc5
Top level still get charged the same as what we do at this level. No different from top to grass roots Club pays it but fines are taken out of monthly salary of player
Big J R
Hardly a level playing-field with what those top-flight players get paid !!
mal316
These may help explain the situation, or not!! Basically i believe that clubs at CCL Prem level and below are administered by the relevant County FA and therefore will be on a different pricing structure when dealing with fines. They certinally are when it comes to fees for appeals.
