The Most Boring Premier League Season Since 1992?

Thoughts peeps?

I think it's been a pretty dull Premier League season, with Manchester United all but confirmed title winners long before May.  Arsenal haven't been anything special this season, and Manchester City look like they are wobbling a bit as well.  Will Pellegrini be the man to sort them out, or will they under-perform again next season.

Chelsea did very well in Europe, but the best story has to be Wigan winning the FA Cup.

As for Rangers and Celtic moving 'over the border', I am on the fence on that one.  I think Rangers are more likely to move across, but I hope that they can patch up differences with the SPL and SFA.  It'll be interesting to see how Cardiff City adapt to life in the Premiership - although I have heard that Vincent Tan and Sam Hammam are not seeing eye to eye on the Langston debt, and if Tan walks then the Premiership would have to run with 19 sides next season should the worst happen to Cardiff City.

Here's to season 2013-14, and let's hope it's a good and exciting one for all clubs (even GarethBale FC ;) )

OK - Blowing my own trumpet, but I think things at Stamford Bridge are already looking pretty good for next season.
