The Mayor Of Simpleton
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-22526252 Interesting article, although I'm sure a few forumites might disagree with it.
Loose
I'm sure it can be turned into a lefty lazy bag of shite benefit scrounger discussion by the usual suspects. Hang on, will young people, decent ordinary working men be able to get housing with all these extra big families breeding like bunnies? Find out here first. Eastside Urchin
They can have as many kids as they like,as long as they can afford it. Any family having more than 2 children shouldn't be awarded benefits after the 2nd child

Eastside Urchin
That's the fault of the parents then. No one wants to see kids suffering but why should the government have to bail out families for having more children than the fecking waltons. If you can't afford more than two children then you shouldn't have them.
Big J R
Two's plenty enough in this day and age. Any more should be at the parents expense, NOT the governments. I seem to remember under Chairman Mao in China, that you were only allowed one child. Any more, and then the parents paid a tax to the State. The Mayor Of Simpleton
Interestingly enough, leading 'humanist' Baroness Warnock and Sir David Attenborough are urging people to have less children (or none if possible) due to the projected population of our planet in 2050 being over 9 billion. Baroness Warnock is also in favour of bumping off old people (she is 86 herself) and for castration of the mentally ill and handicapped (is that word un-PC?) Loose
Well if you can't even afford to have them then it's purely and entirely selfish to expect people who have nothing to do with your kids pitching in. As far as Baroness Warnock is concerned it's a case of "don't do what I do, I'm more superior than you so just do as I say" - yeah, I'll certainly be paying attention there.
