Had couple of former work colleagues to visit today - weather not great so what to do ? Shell Grotto for starters followed by rooting around in the vintage shops in the old town then a brilliant lunch in The Cupcake Cafe then pop in an art gallery wander around the Harbour Arm then home for tea and cake - it's not so bad in Margate after all !

18.46 hours ...just going to paint a wall and watch it dry, should get me thro to 23.00 hours when TV returns to normal.

 

or I could go to Viking bay and watch hairspray on the beach and go to the chapel afterwards Yes sounds like a plan.

Well,no winner from me this year but one of my fancies,Ukraine,did manage to come 2nd to the "hot" favourites.

My main pick,Russia did get to 5th though Estonia didn't fair very well and no body baring required through the streets of Margate either.Totally eclipsed was she & I  just missed out on her coming in the bottom 6 in one of my minor bets.

 

The winner was another fancy of mine but the odds were so restrictive and I besides I thought they were there for the taking at those odds (8/11) so I wont count that one as one of my picks this time..

 

Sorry if you lost your dough anyone.I did just sneak in with the winner getting between 226-284 votes though.

Can't wait for next year already ( I know you are too Dave :D ) & trust me I'll be back then to remind you of it!.
