Christmas Party - Saturday 6th Dec - Lets Party

Recommended Posts

On Saturday 6th December we are away to Grays in the league in a local Essex Derby.

In the evening the BTSA in association with the Ladies Team are holding a Christmas Party to get everyone in the spirit of the season.

Following the great success of the Quiz Night run in joint association lets make this another successful event as we raise money for BTFC.

Admission to this event to cover costs will be £2 and tickets can be purchased at the Town Shop or by contacting Andy Turner on 07889 516922. Tickets can will be available on the night but would suggest booking early to avoid disappointment.

Andy Turner

BTSA Chairman.

no urchin boy we would get stung up for £8 to get in, just like when we played against them in the league...........

U 2 really are a bunch of prize dicks. Do U go to many away games? If you do you'll find it is £8 to get in at most clubs. Now p*ss off back to your own forum and keep your snide comments to yourselves.

a return message for our sub normal little friend GazzaBTFC, far from not wanting to pay the £8 we were stung up at your little pig sty of ground, we really don't mind parting with our hard earned cash to go into a decent stadium, unlike yours. I'm really surprised that the amount of money your club takes from home and away supporters each game is not invested more wisely, which of course could help you towards building a much better stadium, and as for your foul comments to keep off of your forum, it's unfortunately open to everybody's use. So kind to hear your comments on other teams supporters, you will be hearing from me again, have a nice day.....

Oh, ho, they can be hurt....And how were you stung? Please pray do tell? Are you reffering to the fact you were beaten? Or that you had to dip your hand into your pocket and pay an unsubsidised price to watch 90 minutes of football.

I do look forward to your further comments with baited breath. It would be nice if you came on here and discussed football in a reasonable way, instead of making childish remarks like one of your supporters did when discussing a game that had no interest to him, you, your team or club.

Okay, so my response to you was a little heavy handed (and that is as much of a apology you and the rest of your little gang will get from me, "boy") but I am sick to the back teeth of your ramblings on subjects you know little about.

As for your comment about the finance side of BTFC, you know little about so it, so how come you are qualified to comment? Are you concerned? I doubt it, so why pass judgement? Easy to make when your club is subsidised, isn't it (okay, "lossess underwritten" for some)? Do you know what it takes to run a football club at this level? I very much doubt it. I know little but I betcha more than you. So, why don't you just keep your piky comments to yourself and go away.

Have I mentioned anything bad about your club. I may have said I didn't like the ground (no standing behind the goal) and maybe only bottled beer in the main clubhouse but nowt else (actually, I praised the clubhouse). So why the vitriol about our club? Did it hurt that much losing to us 2-0 in the league? Get over it. Have you seen us "mug" your forum recently, going on about the FA cup game, moaning "we woz robbed and your ground is crap"? There was some hang over from it, of course but none now, we just got over it. Do the same.

And for insults...Wot is an Urchin? You're so good looking into a dictionary, you tell me? I thought it was a spineless sea creature that clings to rocks......but hey, I may be wrong (I await an amendment to that from some of our more "loquacious" supporters - look that one up).

As I said, I await your ramblings with interest, especialy about the Canvey ground and prices, as siad by Andy T, £9 mate and their ground ain't no picture (good beer tho..."Flowers Bitter" and on tap).

So, to end this response, my prediction for that game would be, beaten by "The Gulls" and paid £9 for the pleasure. Enjoy your day.

thank you for your long drawn out drivel, sorry it's taken me a while to come back to you with an answer but some of us have to work for our living.... Anyway back to my reply for Gazza, i have managed to look up the two words you were having trouble with because you appear not to have your own dictionary: URCHINS = DERIVES FROM VICTORIAN LONDON WHEN SMALL MISCHIEVIOUS CHILDREN ROAMED THE STREETS... LOQUACIOUS = SIMPLY MEANS TO BE TALKATIVE.

Can i just point out that your remarks about keeping my comments to my self in part of your statement later on turn into "you await my ramblins" a some what misleading statement don't you think.

Oh by the way the spineless sea creature that clings to rocks is i think you'll find a canvey supporter after a high tide on the island.

Have a nice day, speak to you soon.............
