Also, if applications were accepted up til yesterday, I would have thought interviews would have started today at the earliest. 

That does not mean that the interviews had to start once all applications were in, some could have happened prior to the 21st as the individuals were already known to members of the board and would have had discusions once the CV had arrived - or even before!

Only the committee and club officials will know and besides if a decision has been made It would have been announced.

 

As I've said the whisper even before the season finished was for Gary Haylock and that's who my money's on.

There is a process to go through and the club are doing just that, as soon as we know everyone else will know.
