I heard from some people who are in the know at chelmsford that they didn't want to go up due to the costs, in addition to this hornchurch and us wanted to go down due to the costs also. Infact we didn't really want to go up in the first place. It's a shame really because I saw how much winning the league last year meant to the players. Could this mean the players were bringing in this season won't be up to the title winning standard?

Completely rule this out then go ahead,the board didn't want us in the BSS and here we are now,where I heard it and who from isnt the point,but I can say it was someone at chelmsford who's in the know

Not going to say who,but go ahead and be deluded. I didnt say the players didn't try but the board was happy for us to go down. If you was a not rich non league club you'd probably struggle to afford costs. Think about chelmsfords point of view, going up = higher costs for wages,travelling etc and maybe even going full time to keep up to standards

I'm can't divulge where this info came from only to say i got it from someone in the know at Manchester United (shussss) All relegated clubs down to level 8 will be joined together to make us a Conference league 4.

This was confirmed by crystal palace & aldershot but just to be on the safe side i asked chelmsford and they said it was true (because they know everything) so it must be true.
