Guernsey Need!!!!!!!!!!!

All the support they can get over the next 2 days,to achieve promotion from the CCL.Redhill can get 96 points now, after beating East Preston 2-0 yesterday, thanks to 2 goals by former CWU player Chris Gregson. So take your foot of the gas,and do a Hartley.Epsom and Ewell,Farnham,This could be a payback as to how loved Guernsey have been by all Clubs, for their great Hospitality,Friendship, over the past 2 Seasons. The chance of getting 2 teams promoted will never ever happen again,so we must take advantage of the opportunity.Just put your commonsense hat on,promotion 13/14 will be a tad easier without the Green Lions,so make it happen.

Many thanks Smudge for your words of support for Guernsey FC and I would concur with your sentiments in as much we need all the support we can muster in order to get us through these last 2 home games.

I did post the following on the GFC website last night on my thoughts after yesterday's game against Hartley Wintney.

On an afternoon when all of us were optimistically hoping to be at Wembley cheering on the Green Lions in the FA Vase Cup Final, it was somewhat fitting that they chose to put on a classy, season best performance in front of their loyal fans. The stand-out performances came from the hat-trick duo of Nigel Hutton and Marc McGrath and I'm sure there will be many fans who will argue all day long as to which of them scored the best goal of the day.
Despite the official confirmation that Egham Town are now the Combined Counties Premier League winners after their 1-0 win today, Guernsey FC have got to look back on today in a very positive frame of mind.
With two remaining League games to go on Sunday and Monday, and taking into consideration this totally exhausting end of season programme, GFC have miraculously manoeuvred themselves into a very strong position, with a real chance of being considered for a second successive promotion.
The fans played their part again today: we are all in this together alongside everyone associated with Guernsey FC. We need a final push for these last two decisive games; never have they needed a 12th man more to see them over this final hurdle.

Incidently Smudge I believe Redhill have only 1 match left, therefore they could only achieve a maximum 93 points.
