michael
despite playing more games than anyone else (3) reserves were regardless top of the floodlit trophy table-so did we win the trophy in those circumstances-and indeed-is there an actual trophy ? some may say that I have an unhealthy obsession with winning silverware
Frankie100
We were advised that we could have a photo of the trophy.........although did not say if it would be in colour or not
blueblood
I know it is long after the event but, here are a few words about the Chatham game. "Kev Barham" was forced to play a number of the academy kids after again being let down by some of his "senior" players on the day. The one thing these Kids and the other guy's who loyally turned up for what was "Kev's" final game in charge did not do was, let anyone down. Some of the football we witnessed was excellent, the skill, the pace, outstanding. With 30 or so more youngsters attending"Wayne Wilsons" academy next year things are begining to look good. The Youngsters who played are a credit to "Wayne" and "Paul Zannetti". Roll on the U21's
