Right sorry to do this (self promotion) but we are hoping that with a cracker of a tie sure to ensue tomorrow and coupled with a *discounted admission to anyone wearing Navy Blue (or any fancy dress...) we are hoping to attract a few more crowd through the gate for our last home game of the season!

 

*Discount is off our standard admission tariff

 

If you have not ventured down to Cobham's 'Leg o Mutton' ground this season (or ever), tomorrow in the sunshine with the beers cold and hopefully the play hot seems to be as good a time as any!

 

Goodluck to all clubs involved in matches at either end of both Divisions tomorrow.

For BobUK's benefit, 8 goals With ross allen only as a second half sub i might add! Hat-tricks from Nigel Hutton and Marc McGrath. Loaring and Drillot with the others

Virginia Water 2-0 Weston Green Sports

 

We are now safe from relegation and can possibly finish in 10th if we win our last game, definitely 11th if we win, which considering we were on 3 points at the turn of the year is fantastic work by all involved. we have won 7, drawn 4 and lost 4 in 2013.

Anyone know or care to comment on South Kilburn manager fighting Terry Fenessy today DURING the game?

Smudge were you there?

Surely IF this is true it's time for CCL to act swiftly and finally to put this debacle to bed!?

Wembley 1 Sandhurst Town 2

 

Sandhurst were the better team the first half (Steve Eyango - Bwang Sandhursts best player in my opinion)

 

Wembley were the better team the second half (Ian Bates Wembleys best player in my opinion)

 

A draw would have been the fair result.

 

What a nice club Wembley is a nice bar, programe and ground will defo go and watch them again next season.

CHAMPIONS! 38 long years since we last won anything of note, the Athenian League Div 2 title in 74-5. Thanks to Bedfont Sports for their sportsmanship, and good luck to them for next season. It was a struggle and at times our performances have not been great, but we got there eventually. Good luck to the Green Lions too.
