The London Lions bit is open to debate depending on who you speak to. The Club say they have a ground sharing agreement in place for next season at Hemel Hempstead Town while others say this was not done by deadline day.

 

As for Hoddesdon Town, would they go up into the Premier Division at the expense of London Lions and would that explain their omission from the Division 1 list?
