Well done to the boys tonight.

 

Fought tooth and nail for the 3 points despite a pitch that was reminiscent of SYCOB's at it's worst.

 

All down to tomorrow night's game at Guildford to keep the dream alive.

Decent enough performance to get the win, Thatcham created very little but we made heavy work of getting the first goal. Can only see what happens now.

I think it will go to the last day Biggleswade are where they are in the main due to their home record no team in the league has a better home record 17 wins but away from home they are very ordinary I think Guildford will beat them

Battling performance today. I criticise him a lot for it (or lack of it) but batemans subs were perfectly times and swung the game in our favour. Well battled boys against a thatcham team that seemed to be more interested in trying to time waste than threaten...

I can just about see Guildford and Burnham beating Biggleswade - what I am less sure of is Hayes drawing with Royston. Here's hoping.

Guildford are a good side and like us can beat any team on their day. They have taken enough points off the top lot.

 

I heard a lot of people at last nights game saying Biggleswade needed to lose both but we can afford for them to draw one as we have a superior goal difference by two and if they draw and lose theirs will only go down.

Biggleswade i can see going our way but AFC Hayes also have to help us out now and although they are at home im not sure i can see it happening but who knows. won't matter if Biggleswade win tonight

 

just glad we got there in the end last night and did the job we had to do in getting 3 points. fingers crossed we go into the last game with at least a sniff of a chance of playoffs being on still
